Refunds will only be granted if determined that KMSHA is at fault for any
major errors in a posting resulting from negligence on the part of KMSHA.
Refunds will not exceed the cost of the item submitted.
Proof of the error must be supplied to KMSHA, at cost to the customer, to
be eligible for full Refund.
Refund will be supplied in the same form as the original purchase.
In order to be eligible for a full Refund, KMSHA must be contacted within
5 business days from the placement of the ad.
Refunds that are not “at fault” by KMSHA may be eligible for in shop
credit, the value of the credit, if any, to be determined by KMSHA management.
All settlements by the KMSHA are considered final.
